Project TRUE is a new program funded by the National Center for Civic Engagement. Teens conduct urban ecology research at the zoo with the support of Fordham University Graduate students and WCS staff.
Discovery Guides focus on conservation education for Prospect Park Zoo visitors and, in turn, gain experience with teaching, leadership, public speaking, and learn about animals and the wild places they inhabit!

Bridging the Gap is a new WCS funded by the National Science Foundation that seeks to connect high school students who have an interest in pursuing further study and/or a career in conservation science, zoology, marine science, ecology, or biology, directly with professionals in those fields.
