Are you wild about animals? Thinking about working at a zoo or want a career that focuses on wildlife? Check out all of the opportunities that the Prospect Park Zoo has to offer year round.
With Project TRUE, teens conduct urban ecology research at the zoo with the support of Fordham University graduate students and WCS staff.
Discovery Guides focus on conservation education for Prospect Park Zoo visitors and, in turn, gain experience with teaching, leadership, public speaking, and learn about animals and the wild places they inhabit!
Interested in career options at a zoo? The Teen Internship is the perfect opportunity for you to gain exposure to a variety of professions at the Wildlife Conservation Society.
Bridging the Gap is a new WCS funded by the National Science Foundation that seeks to connect high school students who have an interest in pursuing further study and/or a career in conservation science, zoology, marine science, ecology, or biology, directly with professionals in those fields.
